one that says nothing about violence or threats. Large companies hire a sa
fety manager to fix that. This workshop is for everyone else. One working
day\, in a small room\, where you build your own documents with help. Not
a lecture. You will be writing and learning all day. You leave with:A writ
ten coverage determination showing which rules apply to youA hazard assess
ment of your actual buildingThe violence section of your written safety pr
ogram\, draftedA threat assessment team charter with your people named in
itA one-page referral pathway your staff can followA twelve-month training
calendar with owners and datesA ninety-day implementation planA follow-up
group call thirty days later Lunch\, snacks\, refreshments\, and your wor
king binder are included. The first ten companies to enroll also receive o
ne year of the SafeCulture360 threat assessment and reporting tool\, norma
